The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the Senior Managing Consultant and be involved in screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process. Ideal candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and strong communication skills.

Long Term teachers are looking for a recruitment resourcer to help grow the business. A successful candidate will be working directly with myself, Georgie, Senior Managing Consultant that works with schools and colleges in South Gloucester, Wiltshire, Somerset and Bristol and Bath.

Main Responsibilities

The role of a resourcer is essential to the recruitment process. Along with writing adverts, you will screen candidates for suitability, interview and create marketing. You will check in with candidates, answering any questions they have regarding compliance or the process.

A successful candidate will be someone who is detail orientated, able to accurately input information and figures, work quickly and efficiently and communicate effectively with myself and other members of the LTT team. As you will be speaking to candidates it is vital that you are able to effectively communicate and show a high level of professionalism and empathy.

The role includes:

  • Identifying and recruiting Teachers & Support Staff
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates
  • Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through various methods
  • Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
  • Providing support and guidance to candidates throughout the process
  • Liaising and being guided by Senior Consultants on administrative tasks
