Job description

Chichester College Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Recruitment Resourcer at Worthing College. This is a part-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of pro rata of £24,791 - £25,935 per annum (i.e., £20,100.81 – £21,028.38).

Key Responsibilities of Our Recruitment Resourcer
  1. Consult and engage with employers and potential learners to complete the recruitment process efficiently.
  2. Work closely with the Sales team to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  3. Ensure compliance with College policies and procedures.
  4. Assist in planning the recruitment schedule under the guidance of the Recruitment Team Leader.
  5. Act as a point of contact at the CCG site for prospective learners and employers, handling enquiries.
  6. Visit prospective learners and employers as needed to complete documentation, discuss arrangements, and conduct skills assessments.
  7. Deliver online onboarding documentation within set timescales.
  8. Maintain professional expertise through ongoing training and development.
  9. Coordinate with the Health & Safety team to ensure workplace safety compliance.
  10. Accurately capture all data within the CRM system.
Skills and Experience Required
  1. GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above.
  2. Experience in communicating and negotiating with stakeholders.
  3. Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
  4. Ability to negotiate complex situations calmly and effectively.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
