A recruitment agency is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support the recruitment team in Warwick on a temporary basis. This is a full-time, office-based position with a salary ranging from GBP25,000 to GBP28,000 pro rata.

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Resourcer based in Warwick, you ll support the recruitment team of an international company, on a temporary basis by identifying and attracting suitable candidates for roles across the UK and Ireland.

You will be responsible for:-

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and databases
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews
• Manage job postings and update applicants on their progress
• Arrange interviews and general administration duties
