Industrial Resourcer Required to work with a team in our Halesowen Office. Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, with some flexibility depending on team requirements. Some calls outside working hours may be necessary, with compensation provided. The role involves working within the Blue Collar Non-Skilled work demographic, focusing on crafting effective ad campaigns and having strong people skills to empathise and communicate with existing workers and new applicants. The environment can be time-sensitive, and thriving under pressure is advantageous. Building relationships with candidates and recognising them when they visit the office is important. Face-to-face interviews should be managed proactively, honestly, and positively. Previous recruitment experience is helpful but not essential, as full training, external mentoring, and opportunities for formal qualifications are provided. A driving licence is required, ideally with your own transport, as interviews are conducted onsite and at other locations. Opportunities for progression exist, with reviews at 3 and 6 months to discuss goals, and fast-tracking for those interested in becoming consultants or managers. The starting salary is flexible, approximately £26,000 - £28,000 for a non-trained resourcer, with a company bonus after a three-month trial. The first-year package is estimated at around £32,000.
