What you’ll be doing as a Recruitment Resourcer:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be the engine that drives our success. You’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process, finding top-tier talent and helping them land their dream jobs.

1. Sourcing top talent by identifying high-caliber candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and social media.
2. Engaging talent to build strong relationships with candidates through screening calls, interviews, and regular check-ins.
3. Creating opportunities by writing eye-catching job adverts to attract the best talent in the industry.
4. Managing applications to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
5. Managing accounts and delivering excellent service to clients, liaising with them regarding CVs, feedback, and interviews.
6. Striving to succeed by meeting metrics, financial targets, and KPIs.
