Salary: £20,000 - £23,000
Following recent successes with our 180 team, we are looking to add talented individuals to join us as Recruitment Resourcers, with a clear progression route to a Recruitment Consultant role.
Our office is located in Spinningfields and features amenities such as a free onsite gym. We promote a healthy work/life balance with hybrid and flexible working, extended lunch breaks, a four-day workweek, and monthly 'dozy days'. Additionally, we have launched a Dubai workspace, offering staff secondments in the Middle East.
Our 180 desk serves as a training ground for building a successful career in legal recruitment. We offer various recruitment projects from the start, working with reputable UK law firms to fill numerous roles.
Through our bespoke training program, you'll learn relationship-building with candidates and clients, market analysis, and how to provide recruitment solutions. You'll actively attract new talent daily via our extensive database, job advertising, and networking.
After 3 to 6 months, depending on your progress, you can move to our regional teams. Earnings can reach up to £35k+ in your first year, £70k+ in your second, and beyond £100k through our uncapped commission scheme. We also offer quarterly and annual rewards, including lunches at top restaurants and trips abroad, such as Val-d'Isère, St Tropez, and this year's trip to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
