About the Role:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be a key part of our in-house recruitment team, providing vital administrative support and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly. You’ll help deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience, sourcing top-quality candidates and managing key aspects of compliance, all while maintaining a positive experience for candidates.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the recruitment team and external providers to deliver high-quality administrative support for in-house recruitment activities.
  2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional process for both the company and candidates.
  3. Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates across various platforms and recruitment mediums.
  4. Keep the recruitment database up to date, ensuring all applicant information is accurate and accessible.
  5. Communicate effectively with both successful and unsuccessful applicants, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
  6. Collect and organize personal data for applicants and maintain compliance standards before roles are offered.
  7. Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligns with company expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to multitasking.
  3. A logical and methodical mindset, with the ability to stay focused under pressure.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  6. Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively.
  7. Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is desirable, but not essential.
