Recruitment Resourcer

Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for a recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great attention to detail, organized, and able to work well under pressure to join our expanding new team.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For:

• Working with the recruitment team and recruitment provider to deliver strong administrative support in relation to in-house recruitment activity.
• Delivering an end-to-end recruitment and selection process that exceeds the expectations of the Company, as well as candidates and applicants.
• Actively and pro-actively sourcing quality candidates using various mediums.
• Updating the recruitment database.
• Liaising with successful and unsuccessful applicants.
• Collating delegates' personal data.
• Managing compliance prior to applicants being offered roles.

• The ability to multitask to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail.
• Logical and methodical approach.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft IT packages (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
• Proven track record of good organizational skills, including managing workload effectively.
• Experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
