Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of labour roles
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate database
  • Conducting interviews (phone and face-to-face)
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
  • Supporting the onboarding process
  • Providing admin support to the wider team
  • Keeping accurate records of candidate activity
