You will be responsible for sourcing top candidates for a wide variety of roles throughout the UK. Working to develop the business by creating an exceptional candidate/client experience. You will be provided with all the tools you need to succeed through excellent training, support & access to all the major job boards.

Requirements

• Advertise vacancies through various job boards and social media channels
• Write new and creative advertisements to attract a range of candidates
• Attend client meetings
• Work with the wider partnership team to develop new and existing candidate attraction strategies
• Provide an excellent candidate experience
• Register and interview new applicants
• Ensure candidates are fully vetted and compliant where necessary
• Manage a candidate pipeline from application to client handover

The ideal candidate:

• 2 years' experience in Recruitment Resourcing
• The motivation and confidence to work independently
• Strong commination skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to network and devise new resourcing strategies
