Recruitment Resourcer

Leeds City Centre (relocating from Horsforth in August)

  • Full time, permanent (Monday – Friday)
  • £25,000 - £30,000 + bonus + benefits

As we prepare to move into our new Leeds city centre office, we're growing our team of passionate recruitment professionals to meet our increasing demand.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be a core part of our growing client support team. You will be working closely with our internal Account Managers and deliver an exceptional resourcing service, direct to hiring companies across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take accountability in helping our clients fill their jobs
  • Liaise regularly with clients to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Proactively source and attract candidates using databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital tools
  • Conduct direct candidate outreach via emails, phone and social media
  • Write and post compelling job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews to assess suitability
  • Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients
  • Support candidates with interview preparation and post-interview feedback
  • Assist with offers, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
  • Produce market insights and talent mapping reports
  • Keep recruitment systems and databases accurate and up to date
  • Ensure an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the hiring cycle

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a similar field
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to write persuasive, professional job adverts
  • Confident with proactive outreach using phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and job board tools
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Resilient and results-focused under pressure
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and GDPR principles
