Your Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll become a crucial link between clients and candidates, responsible for:

• Actively sourcing and engaging skilled professionals aligned with our clients' evolving project needs.
• Managing candidate pipelines through databases, social media, and direct outreach.
• Presenting job opportunities with energy and precision to attract top talent.
• Conducting interviews, preparing candidate profiles, and guiding the recruitment process.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients by providing outstanding service.
• Spotting opportunities for business development and supporting marketing initiatives to grow our reach.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking motivated, curious individuals who want to grow with us:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of office-based sales or recruitment experience
• Passion or interest in renewable energy, engineering, or construction
• Great communicator and natural organiser
• Confident with digital tools and social media
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Ready to work hard, learn fast, and exceed expectations
