Join Our Team as a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer!

Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable individual looking for an exciting opportunity in office administration and resource management?

Look no further – we have the perfect role for you!

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required)
  • 1 hour unpaid break each day
  • Location: Grimsby
  • Own transport is not essential but would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidate registration process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and accurately recorded.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing information and assistance to callers.
  • Maintain and update our database with candidate information and job placements.
  • Verify and manage right to work documents to ensure legal compliance.
  • Screen candidates for roles, invite them for face-to-face interviews, and conduct the interviews.
  • Deliver site inductions to candidates.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications/Experience:
