Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a range of roles across multiple industries.
  2. Work closely with recruitment consultants to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  3. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
  4. Maintain and update the candidate database.
  5. Liaise with clients to ensure all recruitment needs are met.
  6. Ensure a high standard of candidate experience throughout the process.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred, but not essential.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Proactive, with a positive attitude towards learning and development.
