About The Role

Psicon is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to promote the Employee Value Proposition to engage quality candidates across all areas of the group in line with the strategic and operational business objectives. To ensure adequate supply of qualified talent (either technical, clinical, support or corporate) to meet clinical and operations headcount forecast. To effectively create and manage talent pipelines to affect a positive and successful outcome.

Principle duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Assist your Senior Recruiter to write accurate, detailed job descriptions when requested.
  • Ensure adherence to the recruitment processes including but not limited to Authority to Recruit, Talent Engagement, ATS management, Marketing Guidelines, Communication standards, Appointment of Candidates and HR Compliance standards.
  • Write professional, creative and compelling job adverts which will maximise the response from quality candidates ensuring that it complies with all relevant legislation.
  • Draft interview selection and scoring templates based on objective / behavioural criteria which test out a candidate fit with the brand values.
  • Undertake screening interviews via phone / video interviews for all shortlisted candidates.
  • Attend recruitment meetings with the Team to report issues, discuss projects, and provide detail on recruitment activities as requested.

Person Specification

  • A minimum of 1 year in-house recruitment / resourcing experience.
  • Experience of recruiting in a medical or clinical environment would be preferable, but will also consider customer service experience.
  • Experience of technical abilities in Microsoft Office and use of complex Applicant Tracking Systems must be demonstrated.
  • Understand the impact of social media advertising and media processes.
  • Commercial / contingency recruitment understanding valued.
