Job summary

Thorn Baker Group’s Industrial division is seeking a motivated individual to join our successful team, primarily sourcing temporary and permanent staff for Leicester and Nottingham clients.

You’ll support a busy, high-performing team and develop your recruitment career in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on warehouse, manufacturing and industrial staffing with ongoing training and progression.

• Source and attract high-quality warehouse, manufacturing and industrial candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
• Build strong relationships with client accounts and become a trusted point of contact.
• Coordinate recruitment activity to meet clients' workforce requirements quickly and efficiently.
• Work alongside experienced consultants to deliver exceptional service and fill vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to grow existing business.
• Attend client meetings and site visits where required.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records while providing regular updates.

Thorn Baker's Industrial division is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our successful team. Specialising in warehouse, manufacturing and industrial recruitment, you'll be part of a fast-moving division where no two days are the same.

This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or build your career in recruitment. You'll initially focus on sourcing high-quality temporary and permanent industrial staff for clients across Leicester and Nottingham, while supporting a busy, high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and attracting high-quality warehouse, manufacturing and industrial candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
• Building strong relationships with existing client accounts and becoming a trusted point of contact.
• Coordinating recruitment activity to ensure clients' workforce requirements are met quickly and efficiently.
• Working alongside experienced consultants to deliver exceptional service and fill vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
