Recruitment Resourcer
Colchester, Essex
Pin Point Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their busy team in Colchester.
Established since 1998, Pin Point Recruitment covers 7 offices nationwide, providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to some of the country's leading brands in food, warehouse distribution, e-commerce, and automotive industries. We also employ some of the leading recruiters in the industry.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the wider recruitment process and be a part of a thriving, ambitious, and collaborative recruitment team. Ideally, you will have previous experience within recruitment, but experience in a sales or customer service environment, such as retail or hospitality, will also be considered.

Job Role:

  1. Carry out informed, efficient searches via multiple job boards
  2. Compose engaging adverts for current vacancies
  3. Effectively review and shortlist applications and candidates
  4. Qualify and gain an understanding of the candidate
  5. Arrange and coordinate interviews
  6. Ensure outstanding candidate relationship management
  7. Keep administration, compliance, and records up to date and completed in a timely manner
