Job Description: As a Recruitment Resourcer specializing in temporary trades and labour, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts. Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging with skilled candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate candidates for consideration.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including data entry, file management, and candidate correspondence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
