Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new and existing candidates, including targeted headhunt calls.
  • Update and maintain the recruitment database with current information.
  • Research and secure qualified companies for consultants to contact.
  • Assist consultants with workload management through proactive reorganisation.
  • Create and manage client and candidate mailshots as needed.
