Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator - Immediate Start
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resource professional to join our team in our South West operation. We are looking for a proactive individual interested in developing a career in recruitment. For the right candidate, the position offers potential progression to a 360 recruitment consultant as the branch expands under a full training program.
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary, a conversion bonus, and company benefits. The annual salary is up to £25,500, dependent on experience.
This position will initially be remote, with some travel within the region, working Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00.
Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the driving, industrial, warehouse, supply chain, or logistics sectors, is preferred. You should appreciate the importance of excellent service delivery and demonstrate a strong understanding of client recruitment needs. Attention to detail and compliance awareness are essential.
