Job summary

Bruin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Researcher for its London-based in-house TA team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role suits someone who enjoys the detective side of recruitment and will map and source talent before roles are opened.

You'll build talent maps, actively search passive candidates, benchmark salaries, and report on pipeline health to support workforce planning. Hybrid London work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent research, sourcing or executive search research, either in-house or agency-side.
• Knowledge of insurance or wider financial services.
• Strong Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
• Confidence approaching senior, passive candidates discreetly.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build talent maps of competitor brokers, MGAs and carriers by line, team and seniority.
• Find passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and market networks.
• Track market moves, lift-outs and M&A that create hiring opportunities.
• Produce long lists and shortlists, and running first-stage outreach and screening calls.
• Providing salary and market benchmarking to support offers and workforce planning.
• Reporting on pipeline health, sourcing channels and shortlist diversity.

Talent Acquisition Researcher | Insurance Broking | London (Hybrid) | 12-month FTC

Bruin is working with a leading London insurance broker to find a Talent Acquisition Researcher for its growing in-house TA team. This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys the detective side of recruitment. You'll find and map the talent the business needs before a role is even opened, helping the TA team hire directly rather than relying on agencies.

What you'll be doing

• Building talent maps of competitor brokers, MGAs and carriers by line of business, team and seniority
• Finding passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and market networks
• Tracking market moves, lift-outs and M&A that create hiring opportunities
• Producing long lists and shortlists, and running first-stage outreach and screening calls
