The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced EMEA Recruitment Project Manager to join Korn Ferry on our client account - Adidas.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for service delivery to our well-established RPO client, including strategic and operational management of recruitment solutions.

Your role includes ensuring the solution meets all outcomes specified in the client contract and Korn Ferry's commercial requirements, as well as continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage RPO project end-to-end, ensuring quality assurance and achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage recruiting teams across EMEA.
  • Build trust with key client stakeholders, managing expectations and communications.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Suggest improvements and change management steps.
  • Participate in project reviews, communicate project information effectively, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure timely updates of systems and conduct quality checks.
  • Develop value-added reports with the Project Director, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications for success:

  • Experience in account management within an RPO environment supporting retail clients.
  • Recruitment expertise across the EMEA region.
  • Ability to design and implement recruitment solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment projects.
  • Proficiency in MI/metrics reporting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Consultative skills with clients and teams.
  • EVP or branding experience is a plus.
  • Curious and process-oriented mindset.
