We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Partner for 12-months (until June 2026) who can find, inspire and secure top talent across Brand, Publishing Operations, HR & Technology partnering closely with both hiring managers and candidates.
This role reports to the Head of Recruitment and is part of a wider team of five Recruiters, our Employer Brand Manager, Programmes and Outreach Advisor, and Recruitment Coordinator.
The Role
This is a busy and varied role; responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle; from managing advertising campaigns, performing initial interviews & screening calls, championing our employer brand, and supporting our managers throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for engaging with a wide variety of mid to senior level talent and could be working on up to twenty roles at any one time.
Delivering an excellent candidate experience whilst meeting tight deadlines is critical for the success of this role, and you’ll also get involved with direct headhunting where needed. It's important that you can confidently communicate with all stakeholders, develop effective recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires and internal stakeholders.

What you can expect from us:
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits.

This is a hybrid role, based in our offices in London, as there are activities and meetings that you will need to support in-person a minimum of 2 days per week. There may also be occasional travel required to our offices in Colchester.
