Elevation recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting one of our Sheffield clients in their search for a Recruitment Partner for their growing business. Reporting into the HR Manager the role will take responsibility for the full recruitment cycle supporting all hires for the business.

The business offers hybrid working (3 days onsite) and some excellent benefits. The role will involve some travel, c1 day per week.

As this is a new role to the business it will offer someone the opportunity to own the recruitment and talent activity and support on best practice and process in the following areas:

  • Ensuring a professional and positive representation of the business
  • Support on the employer branding proposition
  • Supporting line managers on their hiring processes
  • Creating, posting and managing job adverts
  • Managing job boards and internal role communications
  • Liaise with Agencies when necessary
  • Source candidates through online channels
  • Screening candidates through first stage interviewing and making recommendations to managers
  • Facilitate the full recruitment process from advert to offer and onboarding
  • Manage timeframes for the hiring process, advising managers on expectations and highlighting if issues sourcing
  • Liaise with candidates ensuring timely and appropriate communication on process
  • Support on Job Fairs and external attraction events
  • Complete initial compliance checks
