Duval Associates are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant! – 100% Candidate & Client Delivery

Permanent Recruitment Specialist – variety, new clients, new challenges. No sales or cold calls.

Work from Home / Remote – Mint Team! Full-time permanent position Monday to Friday.

Who are you and what can you bring? – Experience + personality.

We are looking for someone experienced in commercial, technical perm recruitment – have you recruited in sales, marketing, accounts, finance, technical, operations, engineering? Do you know your way around LinkedIn and other standard job boards?

We are open to what you have done – ideally attitude, enthusiasm and team fit, culture related but you must know commercial, permanent recruitment! A recruiter who loves service delivery and account management.

You need – 2 – 3 years of good commercial, permanent, recruitment experience and be a wizard on LI and standard job boards! Able to work independently as part of a remote team. Enthusiasm, energy and a desire to step up and do well!

No KPI Targets, just do the right thing to work to the needs of the client and deliver the solution. Fill the job! Huge focus on quality and understanding clients and candidate drivers! We consult, advise, provide solutions.

Source for some varied and interesting clients across perm roles including:

1. Sales & Marketing
2. Accounts & Finance
3. Technical Ops / Engineering

We do not do IT or Temps or contracts or spam or low quality or KPIs.

Work from Home! Personality and Recruitment experience essential!!!

The Role: Genuinely ‘consult’ with the client and candidate

• Understand the clients brief given to you by the Recruitment Director, ask questions, do research, understand the client’s business, be able to sell this to the candidate.
• Resourcing candidates from all sectors in various roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Qualify candidates, create fantastic supporting notes and manage client and candidate expectations!
• Manage several accounts, new and historical as you get more experience.
• Provide market information, salary and role feedback for the client as required.
• Work as part of a passionate team who support each other.

YOU?

• Cracking knowledge of perm recruitment 30K-100k+ roles and associated job boards.
• You must know your way round LinkedIn to a high level.
• Excellent communication. Genuine character with your own spirit and personality!
