Job Opportunity: Recruitment PA at Berry Recruitment
Berry Recruitment, located in Hendon, is seeking a committed individual to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role is from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Applicants must have experience in administration.
As a Recruitment PA, you will be essential to the smooth operation of the office and an invaluable team member.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing all administration tasks
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Answering phones and dealing with queries
- Registering candidates and ensuring all right-to-work checks and documents are obtained
- Requesting and chasing references as necessary
- Uploading new vacancies onto various job boards
- Maintaining the filing system
- Using CRM systems
- Assisting in resource candidate sourcing for live vacancies
- Greeting candidates and explaining compliance paperwork during registration
