We’re Taylor Higson – a specialist recruitment company serving the print & packaging industry across the UK, Europe and the US.
We’re also the only BPIF-affiliated recruitment business in the UK.
Right now, we’re looking for a Recruitment & Operations Administrator to join us and support both our recruitment and operational teams due to continued growth.
What you’ll be doing:
• Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM system
• Creating and posting job ads, and marketing candidates out into our network
• Keeping our CRM system updated, accurate and error free
• Supporting the Operations Manager with credit control, invoicing and general business admin duties
• Assisting with inbox management, scheduling interviews, and other team support tasks
• Working closely with our Technical Director and Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in recruitment resourcing or HR admin
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM systems
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Proactive, helpful, and team-focused attitude
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
What you’ll get in return:
• Salary of £26,000 depending on experience (plus commission) (pro-rata if part time)
• Hybrid working: Mondays and Fridays from home, Tuesday–Thursday in the office
• Full-time or part-time considered (minimum 3 days per week – to be discussed)
• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
