Overview

The Forum School is seeking passionate, committed, resilient, empathetic and engaging individuals to join our growing team. The Forum School offers 38-week, 52-week residential and day placements for young people with learning difficulties, Autism, challenging behaviours and complex needs. The young people range between 7 and 19 years of age. We are located in the Dorset countryside with 28 acres of land and facilities including a theatre, sports hall, indoor swimming pool and indoor/outdoor horse riding areas.

Positions

• Support Workers (days and nights) – must be able to work at least 24 hours per week.
• Teaching Assistants
• Kitchen Assistant
• Teachers
• ICT Technician (part time)
• Principal

Details

• Location: Blandford Forum, Dorset
• Contract: Bank / Zero Hour Contract, Permanent
• Working hours per week: 40
• Salary: Starting from £13 per hour
• Closing Date: Monday 27 October 2025
