We are looking to hire a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinatorto join our team, and help us attract and welcome top talent into a growing, values-driven organisation making a real difference across our communities. This is a hybrid role, combining both office-based and remote working. The Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator will be required to attend our offices in Liverpool, St Helens, Warrington, and Stonebridge, as needed to support business requirements.
As the Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be right at the centre of our fast-paced and high-volume recruitment operation, supporting the delivery of a professional, engaging and efficient service from start to finish. You'll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider People Services team to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience that reflects our values.
You’ll take ownership of recruitment admin, candidate communications, interview coordination, compliance checks and onboarding tasks – all while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and keeping candidate experience front and centre.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the Recruitment & Onboarding Business Partner with end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
- Administer recruitment processes, from advertising and candidate sourcing to coordinating interviews and issuing offers.
- Ensure all pre-employment checks, right-to-work documentation, and DBS requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Be a friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for new starters, assisting with inductions and onboarding.
- Help build our employer brand and online presence through career pages and social media activity.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements across recruitment and onboarding.
- Provide training to managers on recruitment systems and best practices.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a recruitment role - either in an agency or internal setting.
- A strong ability to work at pace and manage multiple vacancies
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when it comes to compliance and candidate data.
- Proven experience in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
- A friendly and professional approach to candidate engagement and onboarding.
- Experience in onboarding administration (e.g., right-to-work checks, DBS, contracts) is advantageous
Interview Process:
- The interview will be competency-based, to assess your skills and suitability for the role. Interviews will take place week commencing 16th and 23rd June 2025 in our Liverpool City Centre office.
