Job Description:

About the role

We have a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to support the recruitment for InFocus on a fixed term basis. This role is advertised on a full time basis, working 5 days per week but we would be happy to consider part time working over 4 days per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and attracting new employees to fill vacancy gaps, using various platforms from open days, social media and jobs boards, to attending job fairs. You will be the main point of contact for potential candidates, so building a good rapport and maintaining continuous contact from day one and throughout the preselection process is vital to ensure we provide the best candidate experience.

This role will also organise and deliver the onboarding process for all new employees, assisting with logging on to inhouse computer systems, providing one to one support to ensure all relevant training and other aspects of induction are complete, and introducing new hires to their team members.

Once the new staff member is in post, you will arrange regular check-ins with them during the first few weeks of employment, to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation.

You will also assist the HR team with the administration of recruitment tasks as needed.

This role may suit someone with recruiter experience within a recruitment agency who may wish to experience an in-house position.

How we say “thank you”

  • Six weeks annual leave plus eight bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time hours)
  • Occupational sick pay scheme from day one
  • Paid medical appointments
  • Comprehensive training and development
  • Access to discounted shopping
  • On-site free parking
  • 24-hour employee assistance programme
  • “Death in service” life assurance and group accident cover
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Contributory pension scheme for eligible staff

Friday 2nd August 2024.
