Overview

The Trust is looking to recruit an Employee Service Centre Officer. The post is permanent and full time.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the recruitment of Medical staff within the Hull University Teaching Hospital’s NHS Trust including advertising, arranging interviews, chasing employment checks and issuing contract of employment.
  • To support the transition to a modern integrated Employee Service Centre that embraces technology to provide an efficient and effective customer focused service.
  • To manage the rotas of the Junior Doctors within the Trust in addition to providing and supporting a comprehensive, efficient and effective Recruitment process across all medical and dental grades.
  • To ensure that Junior doctor rotations run smoothly, including managing the pre-employment check process. Be the first point of contact to Junior Doctors and be able to advise and/or redirect to the correct teams as appropriate.
