We're seeking a Recruitment Officer to join a values-led People Services team. This is your opportunity to take ownership of the recruitment process, enhance the employer brand and shape how talent is brought into the business.
You'll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering a consistent and candidate-focused recruitment experience. From sourcing and selecting top talent to supporting onboarding and early careers initiatives, your work will be integral to the company's growth and culture.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and write compelling job adverts
Source talent using LinkedIn and other direct channels
Reduce reliance on external agencies and support cost-efficient hiring
Lead recruitment events and promote early careers through educational outreach
Maintain the ATS for accurate tracking, reporting, and talent pooling
Support onboarding and development in collaboration with HR colleagues
Strong recruitment experience, either in-house, agency or both
Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A creative, solutions-led approach to hiring and employer branding
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
A flexible mindset with strong organisational skills
CIPD or working towards (desirable)
Experience with SaaS/cloud HR systems (advantageous)
