The White Horse Federation is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our Central Services team in Swindon. This on-site role will focus on vetting, onboarding and general recruitment administration across our growing multi-academy trust, supporting safer recruitment practices.

The White Horse Federation is a thriving Multi-Academy Trust currently comprising 31 schools across Swindon, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire, expanding to 40 schools by November. We are committed to delivering exceptional education and outcomes for every pupil across our Trust.
Our Recruitment Team plays a vital role within the Central Services team, providing a comprehensive and professional recruitment service to our schools and central departments. We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our friendly and supportive team.
Based at our Central Office in Swindon, this is an on-site role where you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, with a particular focus on vetting and onboarding activities, alongside general recruitment administration. You will work closely with colleagues across the Trust, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting our commitment to safer recruitment practices.
We can offer you:
Has experience working in a recruitment or HR administration role. Has experience of administration, coordination and maintaining accurate records. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. Has strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively. Is confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Builds positive working relationships and communicates professionally with a range of stakeholders. Is reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Holds a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualifications).
