A children's services organization in Smeeth is seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage recruitment and HR support. This full-time role includes creating job adverts, managing applications, and facilitating onboarding. Ideal candidates should have recruitment experience and strong communication skills. Recruitment Officer (with HR & Admin Support Duties) – Location: Smeeth, Kent TN25. On-site Only. Employment Type: Full time 37.5 hours per week. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.
