Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. A key aspect of this role is to continuously review the market for salary benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection . Ensure all job descriptions are reviewed as per job role.

Provide daily reports of new hires and ongoing recruitment.

Conduct regular market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support. Assist the HR team whenever required .

Work closely with universities and colleges to identify and attract emerging talent.

Ensure compliance of all recruitment practices comply.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and market trends.

Work closely with the HR and L&D team to ensure an thorough onboarding process.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field, CIPD level 3.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the luxury care or h ospitality industry.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

Strong analytical skills for market research and salary benchmarking.
