Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a professional and hardworking Recruitment Officer towork within a friendly team to support the delivery of a dynamic fast paced, high quality recruitment service to the organisation
You will provide recruitment activity to help ensure we recruit the right people with the right skills to fully support our Trust's commitment to firstclass patient healthcare. The Trust has made significant progress in recent years and this is an exciting time as we further refine our processes bycreating a paper free environment and the introduction of the recruitment management system, Trac.
You should ideally have experience and knowledge of Recruitment systems and NHS employment check standards and work to a timely andaccurate work ethic whilst following compliance and the Trust's policies and procedures.
You will support the Recruitment Manager by providing a customer focused and high quality transactional Recruitment service to the Trust. You must be a proactive team player who lives our values, is able to form, build, develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with people from a wide range of professional backgrounds.
