Centrumcarehomes is seeking a Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator based at our head office in South Brent, with travel to five care homes across South Devon. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, craft compelling adverts, and drive our employer branding through social media and local campaigns.

The role requires hands-on recruitment experience, a creative and commercially minded approach, and the ability to work independently within a supportive team.

Competitive Pay | Full-time, Permanent | 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday | South Devon

Do you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships and finding new ways to attract great people into a caring environment? We are looking for aRecruitment & Marketing Coordinatorto join our team. You will play a vital role in attracting, engaging and recruiting the right people.

Predominantly based at our head office in South Brent, you’ll be responsible for supporting recruitment activity across five care homes located in South Devon. You must be willing and comfortable to travel between our homes in South Devon as required. Afull UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential.

As the Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with our care home teams, taking lead on a range of recruitment and marketing activities, including:

Managing and coordinating recruitment activity across our care homes, from attracting candidates through to onboarding.

Creating engaging job adverts and recruitment content that reflects our values and attracts the right people.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation to identify recruitment needs and put effective solutions in place.

Helping to promote our homes as great places to work through social media, local marketing and other creative activity.

Monitoring recruitment activity and helping managers understand what is working and where improvements can be made.

Supporting the development of our employer brand and ensuring our recruitment messaging remains consistent and engaging.

We’re looking for someone who has hands on recruitment experience and is confident managing the recruitment process from start to finish. We’re also looking for someone who is creative and commercially minded, with an interest in marketing and the ability to think beyond traditional recruitment methods. You’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas to the table and look for new and engaging ways to attract great people.

You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable working independently, while also enjoying being part of a wider team. You’ll have excellent communication skills and be confident speaking with people at all levels.
