Job summary

Agincare Weymouth invites you to start your marketing career as a Recruitment Marketing Apprentice. You’ll create, schedule and share content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, supporting campaigns and employer branding from day one.

You’ll learn social media, content storytelling, recruitment marketing and analytics while attending apprenticeship classes and contributing to live projects within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (posts, reels, videos, stories).
• Support recruitment campaigns, careers fairs and events.
• Keep up with social media trends and generate new content ideas.
• Help manage marketing materials and branded merchandise.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance and candidate enquiries.
• Attend apprenticeship classes and complete coursework during the week.

Start your marketing career with AgincareAre you creative, social-media savvy and ready to turn your passion for marketing into a career?We’re looking for a Recruitment Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, recruitment campaigns and employer branding.You’ll work alongside our Recruitment Marketing & Attraction Specialist, creating real content and supporting campaigns that help people discover careers at Agincare.You don’t need previous marketing experience, we’re looking for someone who is creative, curious, organised and keen to learn.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating and scheduling content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, from posts, reels, videos and employee stories
• Supporting recruitment campaigns, careers fairs and events
• Keeping up with social media trends and new content ideas
• Helping manage marketing materials and branded merchandise
• Monitoring campaign and social media performance and candidate enquiries
• Attending apprenticeship classes and completing coursework and assignments as part of your working week
