Job Role

You will be managing the Technical team. The team is a high performing team, outperforming all expected fee levels and is in a period of growth relating to headcount. You will take on people management responsibility immediately and will manage the recruitment process for some of the most high-profile clients in the local market. You will lead from the front in this desk-based management role, helping to train and mentor less experienced team members and recruiting to grow the team.
