This is a pivotal position within our organisation, responsible for shaping and delivering a recruitment strategy that supports the College's continued growth and excellence. You will lead a small, focused recruitment team, bringing a strategic mindset focused upon identifying, attracting, and engaging high-calibre candidates for both curriculum and business support roles.

  • Proven experience in recruitment management, ideally within education or the commercial sectors
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of workforce planning and employer branding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead, inspire and drive change within a medium sized organisation.
  • A passion for connecting great people with inspiring opportunities.
  • Successful record of partnering with executive and leadership teams.

  • Location: Abingdon Campus
  • Contract: Permanent
