A large fostering charity, rated one of the best charities in the UK to work for, is looking for a Foster Carer Recruitment Manager to oversee a recruitment service, assessing prospective fostering families across East London, Hertfordshire, and Essex. This role is a full-time, permanent, home-based position, and within this region, it is rated OUTSTANDING by Ofsted.

You will be:

  1. Managing local recruitment in line with the local recruitment strategy, making decisions on the suitability of enquirers to proceed to application.
  2. Working proactively to meet and exceed enquiry response times, ensuring all enquiries are progressed efficiently within set timescales.
  3. Supervising and managing the Assessing Social Workers within the team.
  4. Overseeing quality assurance and making complex decisions in relation to assessments.
