Job Description:

My client, a well-renowned international Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their firm on a 12-month FTC basis.

This role can be based in either of the Firm’s regional offices across North West and West Yorkshire.

Salary - Up to £63k

This Recruitment Manager role will involve managing a recruitment team of 4, dealing with day-to-day "Business Services" recruitment and participating in project work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of recruiters and resourcing assistants, ensuring effective delivery and clear objectives.
  • Overseeing firm-wide recruitment initiatives, such as new system implementation, brand positioning, inclusive hiring approaches, and agency panel reviews.
  • Managing the vacancy approval process and contributing to strategic workforce planning in collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
  • Ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, legally compliant, and provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers, evaluating performance, and maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborating with reporting teams to analyze and present recruitment data, including pipeline diversity, hiring trends, and agency effectiveness.
  • Supporting the annual pay and benefits review for business services, including data gathering and analysis.
  • Promoting a direct sourcing approach using tools such as talent mapping, job boards, and networking platforms.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Recruiter with knowledge of working in a "Partnership" Professional Services environment, capable of leading a team and managing day-to-day recruitment activities.
