About the Role

In this role, you'll be a hands-on Recruitment & Resourcing Manager joining our team at our Scunthorpe site - our largest site, with around 2,000 employees. It's a fast-paced, complex environment that calls for someone who is proactive, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure, while driving end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies that deliver real results.

Key Responsibilities

This role will lead recruitment and resourcing across the business, with a focus on:

• Managing the full recruitment process, including workforce planning and benchmarking
• Proactively sourcing talent through a variety of channels
• Using data and analytics to inform and improve hiring strategies
• Liaising with an external team that handles MI - the data is available; we need someone who can interpret and act on it
• Exploring innovative recruitment solutions - job boards, job fairs, social media, and out-of-the-box ideas
• Supporting and occasionally covering for an in-house Recruitment Advisor

About You

We're looking for an experienced and creative Recruitment & Resourcing Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on, strategic role with a strong focus on sourcing, data analysis, and full-cycle recruitment management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Strong inhouse or agency recruitment/resourcing background
• Excellent sourcing skills and creative thinking
• Comfortable with data and able to draw insights from reports and KPIs
• Someone who can build a strategic resourcing approach while still rolling up their sleeves
• Ideally has experience with ATS systems, social media recruitment, and modern sourcing tools
• Onsite presence is essential - this role requires visibility and active engagement with the wider team
