The role.

What a wonderful role. Due to business growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to look after this lovely, hard-working and experienced team.

This is a company that puts its people and clients at the heart of everything they do. They are committed to their values and professionalism and are held in high regard within the Social Work arena.

Day to day duties will be:

  1. Management of the recruitment team with coaching, 121s, reviews and appraisals.
  2. Train and develop your team to keep service quality high.
  3. Ensuring compliance standards across the team.
  4. Input into improving and streamlining practices.
  5. Oversee advertising campaigns, research and develop strategies to increase candidate flow.
  6. Work collaboratively across departments and share knowledge.

What we're looking for.
You must be a solid recruitment team manager, proactive, and resourceful as well as professional and approachable with all staff. Ideally, you will know about safeguarding legislation and have some work experience within social work/care and an understanding of safer recruitment processes.
