Duties of this Recruitment Manager

1. Visiting schools & careers on the insight days to discuss career paths
2. Attending conferences and events
3. Securing new partnerships with training providers who can support people to be work ready and you can arrange guaranteed interviews for their clients
4. Owning the Social Mobility Programme
5. Managing internal and external stakeholders

Experience needed for this Recruitment Manager

1. Recruitment experience
2. Public Sector knowledge
3. Corporate Social Responsibility awareness
4. Confidence in a customer facing role
