As our Recruitment Manager, you will lead the way in transforming how we attract, engage, and support the talented workforce who deliver outstanding care to our patients every day. This role leads our busy recruitment team within the People Resourcing Team, delivering an efficient, inclusive, and candidate-focused recruitment service to attract the best talent across all roles including Medical. You will work closely with the Head of People Resourcing, divisional leaders, and hiring managers to design and implement impactful recruitment campaigns, enhance our employer brand, and embed best practice recruitment processes aligned to our People and Culture Strategy. You will also be the Trust's expert in right to work requirements for new and existing staff.

Key Responsibilities include: Lead, manage, and develop the Recruitment Team to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused recruitment service. Oversee the design and implementation of recruitment campaigns, ensuring compliance with NHS standards, equality legislation, and best practice. Drive improvements to the candidate experience, recruitment branding, and advertising strategies. Partner with HR Business Partners, service managers, and departmental leads to forecast workforce needs and plan proactive recruitment strategies. Promote inclusive recruitment practices, ensuring diversity and equality are embedded at every stage. Monitor recruitment metrics, KPIs, and workforce data to support strategic workforce planning. Deputise for the Head of People Resourcing when required and contribute to wider People and OD initiatives.
