Investigo has a unique opportunity to manage one of our highest performing recruitment teams within our Technology & Transformation practice. This is a billing manager position where you will have management responsibility for a small but high performing team of experienced recruitment consultants while also being in a 360 billing position. As a Manager within Investigo, you will have a unique opportunity for a clear path to equity with our new Group-wide LTIP (long term incentive plan).

This is an opportunity for an experienced billing agency Recruitment Leader with experience within the Technology & Transformation space, ideally within contract recruitment.

Investigo is the largest and longest standing part of our group, The IN Group. You will join the Investigo brand, where you will have the opportunity to work cross-collaboratively with all of the talent solutions companies in our group.

The role:

In this role, you will inherit a high performing technology & transformation recruitment team. All of the team are experienced technology & transformation recruitment consultants with an average tenure of 5 years in recruitment. The team predominantly focuses on UK private sector markets, with some coverage throughout the EU and further expansion of this team into EU markets will be a key area of focus over the next year.

As a Manager, you will also be in a 360 billing position, in line with all of the Managers of the business. Joining Investigo in 2025 as a manager means you will have a clear path to our next equity deal via our LTIP (long term incentive plan). Investigo has gone through two previous LTIP events which have proved to be lucrative and life changing for the leaders of the business.

As a Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with the Senior Management team to help grow your business unit across the UK and EU as the group expands
  • Consistently grow your personal and team revenue across existing and new service lines
  • Focus on selling contingent recruitment solutions and SOW of work projects within the technology & transformation space
  • Actively seek out opportunities across your team to create revenue streams in line with Investigo and the service lines from The IN Group
  • Effectively manage your team P&L
  • Track the revenue against budget for self and team to monitor the progression and profit rate of your business unit
  • Deliver ongoing performance reviews with your team and ensure they are on track to reach their next progression point

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with 8+ years of experience within the technology transformation recruitment space as well as experience in team management within a recruitment agency.

About you:

  • This role would suit an experienced principal level recruitment consultant, manager or director who is motivated by senior networking, adding value through relationships and partnerships, high level and challenging client engagement, excels at new business and commercial negotiations with new clients within the recruitment consulting space.
  • Programmes of work: You will have a track record of winning business within the Technology & Transformation recruitment space, where you will have an understanding of or experience in winning programmes of work via SOW (Statements of Work)
  • Solutions selling: You will have previous experience of solution-selling: identifying problem areas and shaping strategic solutions to technical and business leaders ideally within Funds and their associated Portfolio Companies
  • End to End recruitment lifecycle management: 360 recruitment experience or Solutions Sales experience ideally within Technology or Transformation. Proven ability to build and nurture senior relationships
