Investigo has a unique opportunity to manage one of our highest performing recruitment teams within our Technology & Transformation practice. This is a billing manager position where you will have management responsibility for a small but high performing team of experienced recruitment consultants while also being in a 360 billing position. As a Manager within Investigo, you will have a unique opportunity for a clear path to equity with our new Group-wide LTIP (long term incentive plan).
This is an opportunity for an experienced billing agency Recruitment Leader with experience within the Technology & Transformation space, ideally within contract recruitment.

The role:
In this role, you will inherit a high performing technology & transformation recruitment team. All of the team are experienced technology & transformation recruitment consultants with an average tenure of 5 years in recruitment. The team predominantly focuses on UK private sector markets, with some coverage throughout the EU and further expansion of this team into EU markets will be a key area of focus over the next year.
As a Manager, you will also be in a 360 billing position, in line with all of the Managers of the business. Joining Investigo in 2025 as a manager means you will have a clear path to our next equity deal via our LTIP (long term incentive plan). Investigo has gone through two previous LTIP events which have proved to be lucrative and life changing for the leaders of the business.
