Lead the Way with Reed – Recruitment Manager (Office & Commercial, Accountancy, Industrial) Brighton

  • Location: Brighton (Hybrid – 4 days in the office expected and 1 day working from home)
  • Salary: 30,000 – 45,000 + car allowance + uncapped commission
  • Contract: Full–time, Permanent
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead from the front – inspire and support your team to win business and deliver exceptional placements
  • Own your division – full P&L responsibility and the freedom to shape your strategy
  • Drive performance – set meaningful KPIs that focus on quality, not just call volume
  • Grow the business – lead client acquisition and expand our footprint in the finance market
  • Maximise revenue – across temp, contract, and perm recruitment
