Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Manager within NHS Golden Jubilee due to the retirement of the existing post holder. We are seeking an experienced recruitment leader, who is customer focused and able lead and manage the Recruitment Service. You will be able to ‘role model’ excellent customer service and work with the recruitment team in order to provide a positive (applicant and hiring manager) experience, while ensuring an efficient, reliable and responsive recruitment service to the hospital and hotel.

We are looking for someone who will deliver advice and support hiring managers, applicants and recruitment colleagues with all aspect of recruitment.

This includes:

  • recruitment policy and processes;
  • responsibility for ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment campaigns;
  • employability and projects whilst ensuring compliance with employment law;
  • right to work legislation and Disclosure Scotland checks
  • NHS Golden Jubilee policies.

This role reports to the Deputy Director of People and Culture.

The post holder will work closely with colleagues across the People function including: HR, Occupational Health, Organisational Development and Learning, Equalities and Spiritual Care and Volunteering services. The post holder should have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and the ability to work at pace.
