GRG is excited to be exclusively recruiting for a new Recruitment Manager role for a growing organization based in Walsall, West Midlands.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will have autonomy over the recruitment function across the UK business.
The role involves managing direct sourcing of talent, enhancing the candidate experience, training managers, and supporting employee development.

As an experienced Recruitment Manager, you will work in a broad role with opportunities to participate in company-wide HR projects. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, develop employer branding, and promote diversity and inclusion. Ensuring a positive 360-degree recruitment process and increasing company brand awareness internally and externally via social media platforms will be key responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Line manage one team member
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and employees
  • Handle job advertising, applicant tracking, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and report on hiring trends, time-to-fill, and diversity outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and Ofsted regulations

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager in education, healthcare, or childcare sectors
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in recruitment, employment legislation, and diversity and inclusion principles
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics
  • Understanding of CQC and Ofsted regulations
  • Experience with VISA and Sponsorship compliance
